 UNICART HUB – Return & Refund Policy

At Unicart Hub, we want you to enjoy a smooth, secure, and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if any of the following conditions apply:

✔ Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or not functioning, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

✔ Wrong item delivered

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

✔ Item not as described

If the product significantly differs from the description or images on our website.

✔ Missing items

If your package arrives incomplete (missing parts/accessories).

Note: We cannot accept returns based on “change of mind.”


2. Return Window

You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements.


3. Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the issue

  • You must include the order number and customer details

For health & hygiene products (e.g., beauty items, personal care tools), used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival:

  • Beauty & personal care items that have been use

  • Skincare, makeup, haircare products

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards


5. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Request

Email our support team at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Short explanation

Step 2: Await Approval

Our team reviews your request within 24–72 hours.

Step 3: Return Shipping

Because Unicart Hub is a dropshipping store:

  • The item may need to be returned to our supplier’s warehouse.

  • In most cases, the customer covers return shipping, except for damaged or incorrect items.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement

Once the supplier confirms the return:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Or we will send a new replacement item
    Processing time: 3–7 business days


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing delays may occur)

  3. If everything fails, contact us


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, the order is already being processed with our supplier.


8. Exchanges

Items can only be exchanged if defective or incorrect.
We cannot exchange products due to size, colour, or preference changes.


9. Shipping Delays

Because many products come from global suppliers:

  • Delivery may take 2-5 business days if the supplier is local and 7–20 business days if the supplier is international

  • Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or courier issues
    Delays do not qualify for refunds unless the item is declared lost.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive the item:

  • Check your mailbox, gate, neighbour, and building security

  • Contact the courier
    Unicart Hub is not responsible for stolen packages, but we may offer discounted replacement options.
